Cancellations and rescheduling
Whenever possible, please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. This allows the time and space to be offered to someone else.
Late cancellations
Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to the full session fee, at the facilitator's discretion. Emergencies and illness are always treated with understanding.
No-shows
If you do not arrive for your session without prior notice, the session fee applies in full.
Weather-related changes
Sessions take place outdoors. In the case of severe weather, sessions may be rescheduled at no charge.
